  • Yes, you will have the option to write a personalized message at checkout. The message, slid in a gray envelope, will arrive with your gift package. The package will not contain any other info identifying you as the giver. We advise you to at the least include your name in the gift message.

Shipping

  • Nationwide orders are shipped through LBC and international orders are shipped through DHL.
  • Yes, Diagold Jewelry accepts orders to shipping addresses within Philippines.
  • Yes, Diagold Jewelry do standard order for international shipping addresses. To inquire about shipments outside Philippines, please contact Client Care at +63 922 823 4007 or through Facebook and Instagram page.
  • Yes, all Diagold Jewelry items are insured. Once Diagold Jewelry items are shipped, the carrier will take control solely of the delivery. If the package goes missing or damaged, Diagold Jewelry may choose to open an investigation with the carrier to determine the responsible party. Please contact Client Care if your order details indicate the package has been delivered but nothing was received.
  • Your shipping cost is calculated on the shipping address, weight and size of each package including the exact product value. Once you choose a product, add it to ‘Shopping Cart’ and proceed to Checkout, you will be able to see the estimated cost of shipping.
  • Diagold Jewelry pack and process orders fast, so after it has been dispatched and is in route to you, we are unable to make any changes. This includes changing the shipping option, shipping address or payment method.
  • However, if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we might be able to update the shipping address. Please be aware of the varying time restrictions depending on when you placed the order and the shipping method you choose at the checkout.

  • Yes, you may track your online order here. A shipping notification with tracking details will be sent via email after your order has shipped.

ENGRAVING

  • Diagold is pleased to offer complimentary engraving for wedding bands only.
  • Items ordered on Diagold.com.ph may be engraved with initials and numbers. One of our most popular styles: _ and _. Engraving is done in uppercase letters. For additional options or information and assistance with custom engraving, please contact Client Care at +63 922 823 4007.
  • Engraving is available for select items only. Items on Diagold.com.ph that can be engraved have an “Add Engraving” option. If an item that may be engraved is added to your Shopping Cart, you will have a chance to input engraving instructions during the order process.
  • For items purchased on Diagold.com.ph, the optimal placement for engraving will be decided by our engravers.
  • Unfortunately, engraved items cannot be returned to Diagold Jewelry.
  • Please allow an additional 1-2 days for delivery of standard engraved items.

IN-STORE PICKUP

  • Yes, items ordered online is available at select branch. For assistance with in-store pick-up, please contact +63 922 823 4007 or message Diagold Jewelry on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Once you have placed your online order, please wait to receive two emails or messages: First, an order confirmation email or message: This confirms that we have received and are processing your order, and second, in-store pickup notification email or message.
  • You will receive an in-store pickup notification email or message when your item is ready to be picked up. Please wait until you receive the in-store pickup notification before going to the store.
  • Please make sure you have the following:
  1. In-store pickup notification email or message.
  2. One (1) valid form of identification.
  3. The original form of payment.
  • Please proceed to a Client Care to assist your pick up order.
  • Passport, Government-issued driver’s license, and other government-issued identity cards
  • At this time, we are not able to engrave items purchased online for pickup.
